Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Ngorongoro Conservation Area is about 8300 km2. It’s a world heritage site and the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera rests within this conservation area. Ngorongoro Crater is a home-based to more than 500 bird types, 25,000 large animals, which animate in the montane woodland, savannah, bushland with bussei trees, sweeping steppe, forest, Munge Stream, Lerai Stream, Ngoitokitok Spring, and several other small springs around the crater’s base.
Animals in this park are such as cheetah, lion, black rhinoceros, hippopotamus, wildebeest the zebra the eland, Grant’s as well as Thompson’s gazelles, leopards, elephants, mountain reedbuck, and buffalo, wildebeest, hartebeest, waterbuck, warthog, hyena and jackals. Monkeys contain baboons and vervet primates.
Bird species include such as ostrich, bizarre secretary, black eagles, secretary bird, Kori bustard, crowned crane, marabou stork, martial eagle, lovebirds, and plovers, European migrants from November to May encompass White Storks, swallows, Yellow Wagtails and others.
