Tarangire National Park

Tarangire national park is about 2850 km2. The park got its appellation from Tarangire River that streams within this park. It’s the sixth biggest national park in Tanzania. The park is homegrown to more than 500 bird types and several animals which animate in the acacia and assorted forest undergrowth, baobab trees and deep-rooted palm, black cotton grass Baobab trees, thick bush and high lawns.
Animals in this park are such as: wildebeest, elephants, zebras, and hartebeest, giraffes, Impala, Eland, lesser kudu, waterbuck, gazelle rhinos, leopards, giant pythons, Thompson’s gazelle, greater as well as lesser kudu, cheetah, oryx and generuk, tree climbing lions.
Bird species in this park are such as: Kori Bustard, stocking-thighed ostrich, ground hornbills colorful yellow-collared lovebird, drabber rufous-tailed weaver, ashy starling, dwarf mongoose, together with pairs of red-and-yellow Barbet
